This page is for teachers, and for administrators who want to explain the teacher experience. When a campaign's results are ready, each teacher sees feedback about their own classes, and only their own.

Where teachers find their feedback

A teacher logs in and opens Evaluations, described as: "Your results, trends, and anonymous feedback in one place. Individual responses stay anonymous." A summary line shows totals at a glance, and the screen has three tabs.

The three tabs

Results

One card per class, showing the course and campaign, and either the results or a note that they are withheld:

• If results are shown (Disclosed), the card shows the average score, the number of responses, how many comments there are, and the average for each question.
• If results are hidden (Withheld), the card explains why: "Results are withheld to protect respondent anonymity. They will be shown once this cohort reaches a minimum number of responses."

Insights

A longer view over time:

• a timeline of the teacher's scores across past sessions, to see improvement or change, and
• a peer comparison against the department or school average, for context.

Feedback

The written comments students left, once approved by an administrator (Strengths, Suggestions, Concerns, and Additional notes). Where allowed, a teacher can reply to a comment; the reply is reviewed before it is published back to students.

Making the most of feedback

• Start with the comments. They explain the scores and point to specific actions.
• Watch the trend, not one number. A single term is a snapshot; the timeline shows the direction.
• Use peer comparison for context, gently. Different subjects and class sizes score differently.

What you achieved

• Teachers know where to find their feedback and how to read it.
• Everyone understands why some results are withheld.
• Teachers can respond constructively where the school allows it.
